If you notice no activity in your Sparx account, there could be several reasons. Below are the most common issues and their solutions to get your account back on track.

1. Wrong API Keys
- Issue: The API keys you provided might not be set up correctly.
- Solution: Ensure that the API keys are created within a sub-account of your exchange. Regular account API keys won’t work with the Sparx bot.
2. No or Insufficient Funds in the Right Wallet
Issue: There are no funds available for the bot to trade, or the funds are in the wrong wallet.
Solution:
- Transfer funds to the sub-account where your API keys are linked.
- Move the funds from the "Funding Wallet" to the "Unified Trading Wallet" to ensure the bot has access.
3. Wrong API Permissions
Issue: The API keys may not have the necessary permissions enabled.
Solution: Delete the old API keys and create new ones with the correct permissions. Make sure to:
