These Terms govern your use of www.getsparx.io and all services offered by Sparx B.V.

1. Services

Sparx provides trading tools such as indicators and dashboards on a subscription basis. These are intended for educational and informational purposes only — not financial advice.

2. Accounts & Access

You must provide accurate details during account setup. Misuse of the platform may lead to suspension.

3. Pricing, Billing & Renewal

• All prices are in EUR, VAT included unless stated otherwise
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
• Payments processed via Stripe or other third parties

4. No Right of Withdrawal

You waive the EU right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU (article 16) due to the digital nature of services and instant access.

5. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by Sparx or licensors. Use is limited to non-commercial, personal/internal business purposes only. No redistribution without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sparx is not responsible for losses, technical failures, or missed opportunities resulting from your use of the platform.

7. Termination

Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime via your account. No refunds for the current billing cycle. Accounts may be suspended for fraud or violation of terms.

8. Governing Law

Dutch law applies. Disputes will be handled in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
