5.1 My bot isn’t placing trades

Check:

  1. API connected?
  2. Wallet funded?
  3. Bot status = Connected?
  4. Correct coin pair?
  5. Market conditions? (Bot may wait for signal)

5.2 My bot is connected but no balance shows

  • Did you fund the correct subaccount?
  • Using the right coin? (USDT/USDC/EUR depending on exchange)
  • API permissions correct?

5.3 My TradingView indicator isn’t visible

  1. Did you enter your TradingView username in Sparx settings?
  2. Is it correct (case sensitive)?
  3. In TradingView: go to Indicators → Invite-only scripts.

Still missing? Send support your TradingView username.


5.4 My API key is invalid

  • Double-check API key, secret, and passphrase.
  • Ensure Read + Trade enabled.
  • Whitelist IP: 178.22.60.189.
  • If still invalid → regenerate the key.

5.5 Why don’t I see my trading history?

  • Bybit NL stopped → history not migrated.
  • Some APIs only show 180 days of history.
  • Sparx V2 = fresh platform → history resets.

5.6 What happens if I manually close a trade?

  • Bot won’t recognize it.
  • May cause mismatched positions.
  • To avoid issues → pause the bot first.
